Melbourne based AFA Member Christian Cole of Christian Cole Furniture has recently been featured in a Grand Design’s Australia fit out. The owners of the Brookfield Spotted Gum House commissioned Christian to create a Bespoke table for their new home which was televised in a recent episode of the popular television program.
Queenslander, Milly davenport, visited the factory showing Christian her plans whilst finalising the designs. She personally chose her timber from a batch of unique reclaimed Messmate retrieved from the demolished Northcote Cotery which was built in the early 1900's.
The beautifully handcrafted table is the centrepiece of the light filled, uniquely designed dining area of Milly Davenport and Andrew Wilson’s extraordinary Brookfield home and enhances the beauty of the large, open living space. Christian has been included in the supplier list for the eighth episode of the fifth season for the internationally renowned show.
Christian is also an Australian Furniture Industry Awards Winner with his 2014 Award winning design featured on the AIFE website (Click Here)
